Blake Brose President and Co-Founder

Blake Brose started his career at a young age in the remodeling and construction field. With his fields of focus being in marketing and management, he grew his company over 1,000% in two years. From there, he went on to educate and counsel investors from all over the world in investment real estate in the Kansas City metro area, both consulting and personally investing in real estate transactions ranging from single family rentals and flips to 50-unit apartment complexes.

David Glazier Board Member

David is a current shareholder in the law firm of Kirton Mcconkie, one of the largest law firms on the west coast. In over 30 years of practice, Mr. Glazier has helped business clients (and their principal owners) deal with the diverse legal issues encountered in the normal business life cycle. His focus is on the purchase, sale and merger of businesses, business planning and corporation law, real estate development, and contract negotiations.

Tristan Webb Co-Founder / Director of Business Development

Tristan Webb is a 17-year veteran in the vacation industry, with the past 13 years focused in the vacation rental industry. He served for 5 years on the board of the Vacation Rental Managers Association over governmental relations, and helped cities all over the world work in harmony with vacation rental regulation and compliance, as well as having built and sold one of the largest vacation rental property management companies in Utah.

Adam Marriott Director of Client Services

Adam is a strategic thinker and self-motivated manager. He has worked in diverse management positions from oil monitoring systems, flat panel speaker technology, to retail sales, and built his oil trucking business for nearly 4 years before his exit. Adam specializes in strategic planning and management, financial management, market research, and sales.

Scott Rackham Advisor of Marketing and Advertising

Scott has helped organizations craft and tell compelling stories for over 20 years. Prior to his consulting role at Sprout Marketing, Scott served as the Director of the Strategic Communications Labs at Brigham Young University where he mentors students in the advertising and public relations fields through real-world, agency and client projects.

Brett Webb Advisor of Management

Brett Webb is a forward-thinking leader with 20+ years’ experience building and aligning global and domestic organizations to attain profitability. Brett has functioned most recently as VP of Associate Relations, VP of Sales, Regional Director, and Managing Director.  In addition to his executive management experience, he has worked in most facets of business having managed support call centers, projects, operations and developed new products with marketing, pricing and vendor relationship responsibilities.  The center of his life are his wife and 4 children.  He is an active scout leader who loves the outdoors, sports, and participating in faith based activities.

Erick Allen Advisor of Developer Services

Husband, father, friend, outdoor enthusiast... and commercial construction service provider. Since owning a small business in 1997 to today, Erick has used his entrepreneurial education, communication skills, business development acumen, strategic planning, systems design and implementation experience to promote teamwork and strong organizational performance. He has a diverse work pedigree, ranging from client services at Layton Construction to a Business Development Manager at the Economic Development Corporation of Utah. Over the past 11 years, he has been on boards from the Urban Land Institute to city development grant committees.

Derek Wilson Principal of Range Architecture

Derek runs a practice that provides a high level of client attention, professional delivery, and design integrity. With 18 years of architecture industry experience, he combines an ability to see a project from its earliest visioning through the celebrated grand opening. He believes in bringing a mutual enthusiasm for your project and seeks to see every job through every phase until it achieves its highest potential. Derek holds architectural licenses in 8 states, maintains a LEED BD+C credential from the U.S Green Building Council, and is NCARB Certified. The projects he has produced have been awarded many design and architectural industry awards throughout his career.

David Whitehead Advisor, Co-Founder of Paradise Village at Zion

David Whitehead as city councilman of Santa Clara, Utah and local real estate agent assembled a team of developers and consultants to build a Paradise Village at Zion to bring a new source of revenue and sales tax to the Santa Clara city.

Sara Merrill Advisor, Developer of Paradise Village at Zion

Brad and Sara saw the vision of Paradise Village at Zion, and were the financing and developer that ultimately constructed the Paradise Village at Zion project.
